Fixed variable names when importing from .env file

Adjusted bar and its json entry so that it inherits from base.py

Modified the source code so that the committee list is obtained from the file committees.json. Moreover, this makes it so that they need to add an extra parameter to their json file (name) in which they can add emojis if they want

Add functionality for users to be able to see messages from each of the board members of a given committee

Moved all generic interactions to one function based on initial.json, now any addition to this file adds this functionality automatically to the bot

Move all lore member functions to one file and change the relevant questions to InlineQueries with the corresponding handlers
