Production launching

Pierre-emmanuel BAVIÈRE requested to merge production-launching into master
  • changed how env variables are passed through differents steps of docker compose to be more consitent with pord & python manage.py runserver
  • updated tasks to current deployment method
  • fixed setup nginx, gunicorn django to pass the correct host secure headers
  • changed the behavior of the cas
